Taxes & international charges
Applicable taxes collected through Shopify are calculated and displayed during checkout. For international deliveries, any import duties, customs fees, or other charges not prepaid at checkout will be handled according to applicable law and shipping terms.
Refunds to your original payment method
When a qualifying return is received and passes inspection, we process the approved refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. The time until funds appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider. Any applicable return shipping deduction follows our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Which payment methods can I use?
Our checkout may present Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Shop Pay. The options you can actually use depend on what is offered for your order at checkout.
Can I pay in installments?
Shop Pay Installments may be available for eligible orders and customers. If offered, you can review the installment terms directly at checkout before choosing this option. Eligibility and approval are determined by the provider.
Why don't I see my preferred payment method?
Some methods are available only in certain regions, on supported devices, or for eligible orders. If a method does not appear at checkout, please choose one of the available alternatives.
What should I do if my payment is declined?
Double-check your payment details and billing information, or try another method shown at checkout. Your card issuer or payment provider can explain a declined authorization. If you need further help, contact Support@RidgefordOutfitters.com without sharing complete card details.
Are taxes and international import fees included?
Taxes collected through Shopify are shown at checkout. International import duties or customs charges may apply if they are not included in the checkout total. Such charges are handled under applicable law and the shipping terms for the order.
How will I receive an approved refund?
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. For qualifying returned items, we process refunds within 3–5 business days after receiving and approving the return. Banks and payment providers may take additional time to post the funds.
